These Terms govern your use of Reputalion Dental, an AI-assisted Google review management service for dental clinics.

Use of the service

You may use the service to connect supported Google Business Profile accounts, view reviews, generate AI-assisted draft replies, manage response workflow, and monitor reputation activity.

Customer responsibility

AI-generated replies are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any response. You should not publish content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Google services

Use of Google Business Profile data is subject to Google policies and your authorization. You may disconnect access when supported by the service or through your Google account settings.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Subscription features, limits, and prices may vary by plan.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party API availability may affect functionality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputalion Dental is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
